BreakPoint Quick Start: From Sign-Up to Live in Minutes

Follow these four steps to create your BreakPoint account, pair your first wearable device, and get your workforce visible on the Console.

BreakPoint gets your frontline team connected and visible in just a few steps. This quick start walks you through creating your organization, pairing a wearable device, and confirming your first worker is live in the Console.

1. Create your organization

   Sign up at breakpoint.ai and follow the prompts to name your organization, select your industry, and set your primary location.

   See Account Setup for a detailed walkthrough including how to invite supervisors and configure shift defaults.

2. Add your first location and zones

   In the Console, go to Settings → Locations and create your facility. Then navigate to Zones and draw at least one hazard zone around heavy equipment or other risk areas.

3. Pair a wearable device

   Open Devices → Add Device in the Console, scan the QR code on the wearable or enter its serial number, then assign it to a worker profile.

4. Confirm the worker is live

   Have the worker tap the wearable to clock in. Check the live workforce map on your Console dashboard — a green dot should appear in your facility. You’re live.

Do a pilot with 5–10 workers before rolling out to your full team. This lets you fine-tune zone thresholds and alert routing before everyone is on the platform.
